Seems like my 100 HTML files experiment results for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 was pretty accurate... However, for web dev imo Qwen3.8-Max is much better, not just a 'bit better' as this chart suggests. The fact that I can run it at home is the cherry on top.
