There's nobody down the corridor who has dealt with this before, and your manager has their own fires to put out. That's who I built UX Insiders for. I'm running it in partnership with Smashing Magazine, and it's open to anyone doing UX inside a university, charity, government department or company. You don't need UX in your job title.
