It is made for classic cartoon style animation drawn frame by frame, and you can mix bitmap and vector graphics. A Quick Reference in the Help menu walks through the tools. The project site has a user manual, tutorials, an FAQ and a forum. Stable builds are on the official site and GitHub releases, and nightly builds carry the newest fixes for testing.
