Chatbots, recommendations and AI assistants are turning up everywhere. Plenty of them are more annoying than helpful. The question usually isn't whether to add AI to your product. Someone has probably already decided that for you. The question is whether it actually improves the experience, and whether people trust it enough to use it. Session three of my Better User Experiences with AI workshop covers: - When AI genuinely improves an experience and when it's a gimmick. - Chat, agents, copilots and recommendations, and how to design each so people trust it. - Going from real content to work
