The future of AI chat is native. Tried @itsbalamurali’s gpui-mobile today. Excellent work. I got gpui-kit’s TextView rendering on iOS. We’ve built a generation of AI chat interfaces with HTML. GPUI opens up another path: rich, complex chat UIs rendered natively, with the same rendering engine powering desktop and mobile. This is bigger than getting a desktop component onto a phone.
