Baked-in text is the reason you still open Photoshop. Layers now extracts it. Select the layer, hit Extract, and the copy is live text with the closest library font already on it. Retype it. Swap the font. Recompose. A copy change takes two clicks, not a regeneration. Layers, powered by Uni-1.
